£25,800 Basic + £6000 OTE Plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development.
This role is shift based working 5 days from 7. Some weekend work is to be expected.
We are looking for a new team member to join our central office in Birmingham. As a Reservations Sales Agent, you’ll be working on behalf of the 37 Malmaison and Hotel du Vin properties we currently have across the UK.
From talking to customers and handling enquiries to maximising conversion and showcasing our fabulous hotels and services. Making great experiences happen for our guests will be your top priority, doing whatever you can to ensure they get the top-notch service they deserve, every time.
You will (ideally!) have…
- a background in a customer services role (6 months or more would be great)
- a natural enthusiasm for customer service
- lashings of confidence when speaking to customers on the phone
- great attention for detail and a passion for customer care
- a hunger to succeed and meet targets
- be able to find your way around a computer goes without saying, along with good listening skills as well
- you’ll need to be a quick thinker with plenty of initiative and good problem solving skills
