We are a critically acclaimed Spanish Tapas restaurant, looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Chef de Partie to our growing team in the heart of Liverpool's Castle Street. Work across all sections of the kitchen:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to maintain the high standards of quality and service set by our Creative Director.
  • Ensure all food preparation duties are completed promptly, guaranteeing a smooth service.

Critically acclaimed, El Gato Negro is renowned for its mouth-watering seasonally influenced tapas dishes, using the highest quality of ingredients. We offer competitive hourly rates of up to £17.00 per hour inclusive of cash tips and service charge (100% of the service charge goes equally to the staff at a per hour rate regardless of position):
