The Opportunity

Based at our Global HQ in Newton-le-Willows, you will support our high-performing consultants by identifying and engaging the best technical minds across 25 countries, including the UK, Middle East, and USA. As a Resource Consultant, you aren’t just "finding CVs", you are the engine room of our recruitment process, ensuring we deliver the right people for some of the world’s most complex infrastructure projects.

While you’re based in Newton-le-Willows, your reach is global. You’ll be sourcing talent for projects spanning the UK to the Middle East. You’ll have access to our proprietary behavioural assessment tool, MH IQ. This allows you to vet candidates for culture-fit and safety, moving beyond just a standard resume. This role is the perfect launchpad. Whether you want to become a Lead Delivery Specialist or transition into a 360 Consultant, we provide the roadmap.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in candidate sourcing, headhunting, or resourcing, ideally within technical or engineering sectors.
  • You’ll be the first point of contact for high-level engineers and specialists; you need the confidence to build rapport quickly.
  • Values Alignment: You are hardworking and ambitious, and you thrive in a team-based environment.
  • The ability to understand complex job specs and narrow down a global talent pool to the top 5%.

The Package

Base salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) plus an uncapped performance-based bonus structure linked to successful placements. Access to group-wide rewards, including high-performer trips.
