We are seeking 60 experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our project team in Northamptonshire starting January 2026. The work involves the installation of conveyor systems within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mechanical installation of conveyor systems and associated equipment
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Assembly, alignment, and fitting of mechanical components
  • Use of hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment
  • Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
  • Adhering to on-site health and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter (ideally with conveyor installation or similar industrial project experience)
  • Green CSCS and EMSS are not accepted on this site
  • CCNSG Safety Passport accepted
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently on site
  • Own tools preferred but not essential
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Available to start January 2026
