We are seeking 60 experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our project team in Northamptonshire starting January 2026. The work involves the installation of conveyor systems within an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical installation of conveyor systems and associated equipment
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Assembly, alignment, and fitting of mechanical components
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment
- Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Adhering to on-site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter (ideally with conveyor installation or similar industrial project experience)
- Green CSCS and EMSS are not accepted on this site
- CCNSG Safety Passport accepted
- Ability to work safely and efficiently on site
- Own tools preferred but not essential
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Available to start January 2026
