MHC is seeking a Team Leader for Highfield Park in North Wales to support staff and ensure continuity of care.

You will work with the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager to provide professional guidance to Support Workers and promote high standards of practice.

You will join a dedicated team at a home that provides care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
