As a 360 Consultant, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of contract mobilization. You aren't just a recruiter; you are a strategic partner to clients in the Industrial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute the end-to-end recruitment of elite contract talent, from initial headhunting to negotiating complex day rates and project terms.
- Act as a consultant for Tier 1 and Tier 2 firms, identifying workforce gaps for short-term outages and long-term infrastructure builds.
- Proactively "bench" and pipeline high-demand skill sets (e.g., NDT, Project Controls, Specialized Engineering) before the client even feels the need.
- Navigate the intricacies of IR35, international labour laws, and industry-specific certifications to ensure every placement is "site-ready."
- Utilise the MH-IQ platform to provide clients with behavioural analytics and psychometric data that ensure project continuity.
- A proven 360 Recruiter with a track record in Contract/Interim markets (Engineering, Technical, or Industrial Services preferred).
- You know how to build a desk from scratch and maintain a "hot" pipeline of contractors ready for immediate deployment.
- You understand that industrial recruitment is about safety, reliability, and speed. You speak the language of Project Managers and Site Leads.
