MHC is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Avalon in Kinmel Bay. You will contribute to a high-quality living environment for residents with learning disabilities and mental health needs, with training provided where needed.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, paying £13.45–£14.03 per hour, dependent on experience. The position offers an opportunity to learn new skills, understand medication procedures, and follow safeguarding policies as part of a committed team dedicated to supporting residents.
