We are currently urgently recruiting 6 Experienced Marine Blasters for an intensive project based in Plymouth. This is a demanding role suited for highly skilled operatives who are fully competent and comfortable working within confined spaces, specifically marine tanks.

This project requires a significant time commitment, offering an excellent opportunity for experienced blasters looking to maximize their earning potential on a fast-paced assignment.

Role Details & Requirements
  • Working Hours: Minimum 70 hours per week.
  • Availability: Ready to mobilise to Plymouth for the project duration.
  • Proven Experience: Solid background working specifically as a Marine Blaster.
  • Confined Space Capability: Must be highly experienced and comfortable working inside marine tanks.
Compensation & Pay Rates
  • Standard Blasting Rate: £24.00 per hour
  • Overtime Rate 1 (OT1): £28.00 per hour
  • Overtime Rate 2 (OT2): £35.00 per hour
