A well-established, award-winning developer/builder with over 40 years of success, recognised for delivering complex, high-quality communities and large-scale builds is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of a major, high-profile project in the Peterborough / Kawartha region.

In this role, you’ll lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for schedule, budget, forecasting, and cost control. You’ll act as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders, ensure compliance, and maintain strong quality and safety standards.
