We’re looking for a talented Audit Senior Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. Responsibilities
- Support the Partners and Directors in delivering the firm’s strategy and leading client relationships.
- Balance levels of output with client expectations and budgets.
- Plan, execute, review and deliver all but the largest audits and assignments to Partners.
- Ensure that your team delivers on their commitments and supports them in the delivery of these.
What We’re Looking For
- Up‑to‑date technical knowledge of Auditing and Financial Reporting Standards.
- Departmental objectives and key performance indicators.
- Awareness of the firm’s services and product offering.
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with practice experience.
- Technically competent, compliant and risk‑aware.
- Ability to produce realistic projections and comment on draft projections versus historic accounts.
- Generates ideas for clients and for the firm, striving for improvements and efficiencies.
- Plans to make effective use of time and consistently meets deadlines.
- Demonstrates attention to detail.
- Can undertake internal projects, communicate findings and see through to completion.
- Builds effective relationships internally across departments and externally.
