We are looking for a People Experience Trainee Advisor to join our team in London. You will work within our People Experience team transforming how we deliver our people agenda to our teams. Collaborating with others in the People Experience Team, you'll build relationships with the accounting trainees in the office to support their journey through to qualification.
You’ll also work closely with trainees and their Managers to provide generalist People Services support across areas including resourcing, on-boarding, employee relations and rewards. You’ll also work closely with the Regional HR Managers and Advisors to implement the people plan for the region and the firm’s People Services strategy.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year’s experience in an Early Careers recruitment role, looking to make the transition into HR; Alternatively, 1+ year’s HR experience looking after trainees.
- Ability to travel across offices.
- Professional services experience (desirable but not essential).
- Willingness to ‘muck in’, assist as necessary and carry out routine tasks when required.
- CIPD level 3 (desirable but not essential).
