Supporting and advising on employee relations cases, including providing guidance on case management, outcomes and recommendations in line with firm policies and best practice. Leading and contributing to key People Experience projects, driving improvements to employee experience and people processes. Building strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple offices and levels of the organisation. Line managing, coaching and developing a Trainee Advisor, supporting their professional growth and development. Supporting regional leadership teams to understand local people priorities and challenges, while ensuring a consistent approach to people practices across the firm. Using people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and support the delivery of people-focused solutions. you’re an individual with unique talents and aspirations.
