What you'll be doing
- Partnering with managers, directors and partners to provide pragmatic, people-focused advice and support across a range of people matters.
- Supporting and advising on employee relations cases, including providing guidance on case management, outcomes and recommendations in line with firm policies and best practice.
- Delivering regional people initiatives and operational people plans that align with broader firm-wide objectives.
- Leading and contributing to key People Experience projects, driving improvements to employee experience and people processes.
- Building strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple offices and levels of the organisation.
- Line managing, coaching and developing a Trainee Advisor, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Supporting regional leadership teams to understand local people priorities and challenges, while ensuring a consistent approach to people practices across the firm.
- Driving firm-wide best practice, balancing organisational priorities with the specific needs of regional teams and microcultures.
- Using people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and support the delivery of people-focused solutions.
