We’re looking for a talented Business Administrator who thrives in a people-focused environment and sees challenges as opportunities for growth. At MHA, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals who care about making a difference. Your role in Business Admin will be far more than policies and procedures; it’s about creating an inspiring workplace culture, fostering individual growth, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive meaningful, lasting impact across our team.

  • Providing excellent Business Administration support to our clients and colleagues in a professional and innovative environment.
  • Providing exceptional administration support including letters, reports, databases and online systems, with high level attention to detail.
  • Completing tasks in a timely manner, within agreed SLA’s and dealing with urgent matters as they arise.
  • Keeping online databases up to date.
  • Professional and efficient interaction with clients either on the phone, in person or via email.
  • Answering phones and dealing with queries in line with our firms’ standards.
  • Providing PA support including arranging internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and time management assistance.
  • Provide ongoing support to the partners and teams on departmental projects and reports.
  • Ad hoc assistance to team members as required, no two days are ever the same.
  • Providing front of house assistance and attendance at offices 5 days per week.
  • Continually seeking opportunities to improve processes. Sharing best practice and tips to help others work more efficiently, making best use of technology and resources available.
  • Providing contingency cover across the Northwest region when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Good understanding of MS office (specifically, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Professional telephone and personal manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Good standard of general education in Maths and English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
