Location: London - travel to Colchester, Kent and Maidenhead required.

This is a newly created position, where you will support the Head of People Services to develop and implement an effective HR strategy for our Southern region.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Experience at Manager or HRBP level.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Professional Services experience is desirable.
  • To be able to manage internal stakeholders up to Partner level.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, displaying professionalism.
  • Take accountability and ownership to get things done.
  • Experience communicating (written and verbal) effectively and tactfully in a professional services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and plans that align with the Firm’s business goals.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on people-related matters to enhance Firm performance.
  • You will drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • You will manage a team of HR Advisors, supporting and cultivating their ongoing learning and development.
  • Develop firm-wide understanding of and ensure consistent implementation of HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Assist with the training of staff – from design to delivery where necessary.
