Are you looking for a part-time role in Human Resources? Does the prospect of moving into a newly created position, which you can make your own, interest you? Are you interested in joining an expanding Professional Services firm, which can provide you with the support needed to grow? If so, I have the ideal opportunity for you!

We are seeking a Regional HR Advisor to provide an outstanding HR service to an internal client group in Scotland. The role will be based in our Edinburgh office with travel to Aberdeen too.

You will work closely with managers to provide generalist HR support across the full employee experience, including working with our trainees on their development pathways. You will also work closely with the Head of HR Operations to implement the people plan for the region and the firm’s HR strategy.

Our HR team are an integral part of recruiting, retaining, and rewarding our employees, throughout their career journey. You will be working as a part of a large and experienced team, so there are lots of opportunities to learn, expand your knowledge and work on new and exciting things!

Skills and experience required:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Experience of being in a generalist HR role.
  • Employee Relation experience required.
