- Administration support including letters, reports, databases and online systems, with high level attention to detail.
- Keeping online databases up to date
- Professional and efficient interaction with clients either on the phone, in person or via email
- Answering phones and dealing with queries in line with our firms’ standards.
- Providing PA support including arranging internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and time management assistance.
- Provide ongoing support to the partners and teams on departmental projects and reports
- Providing front of house assistance and attendance at offices 5 days per week
- Ad hoc assistance to team members as required, no two days are ever the same
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Good understanding of MS office (specifically, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Professional telephone and personal manner
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
