Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
What We Are Looking For
- Essential to be experienced in using PowerPoint at an advanced level.
- Essential to be experienced at using Adobe InDesign
- High level use and understanding of the English language, spelling / grammar / comprehension.
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to work under own steam but very much as part of a team, in a busy environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience with working with professional services firms and / or working with pitch teams an advantage but not essential.
Your duties & responsibilities
- Primarily to work with the proposals team on the creation and design of the proposals they are working on, these are usually created using a mixture of PowerPoint, and at times Adobe InDesign.
- Secondly, to work with the national marketing team, supporting them with all their requirements surrounding digital brochures, insights, adverts, marketing campaigns, as well as printed brochures, pull up banners, event materials etc.
- Work with the team and partners to create PowerPoint presentations.
- Have high levels of attention to detail.
- Be able to work within strict brand guidelines.
- Have an excellent command of the English language, spelling, and grammar.
- Work with our other highly experienced graphic designer and the proposals team against briefs.
- There are also opportunities for you to support the marketing team in other general marketing activities including events.
