My client is a rapidly expanding mobile app-based company in Central London, specialising in the market research and paid survey arena (Top 100 Lifestyle App Store), with millions of users worldwide answering millions of surveys per month.
The Operations & Finance Analyst role supports both client-facing and internal operational and analytical activities, combining elements of client servicing, operations, and finance, offering exposure to multiple parts of the business in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Manage day‐to‐day client interactions and internal operational workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, fostering collaboration and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Handle invoicing and payments: issuing invoices, tracking receipts, following up on late payments, and making bank transfers to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends and insights that inform decision‐making and improve performance using Excel and SQL for business intelligence.
- Provide high‐quality support to clients, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
- Contribute to product development by sharing client insights, testing new features, and providing feedback for product roadmaps.
- Stay informed about industry trends, gather feedback and propose data‐driven improvements.
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, relationship management or financial operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong proficiency in English.
- Highly detail‐oriented and confident working with numbers.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL or BI platforms.
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Xero is beneficial but not essential.
- Self‐starter who thrives both independently and in small teams.
- Experience in the market research or advertising industries, particularly engaging with large client portfolios, is a plus.
