Are you looking to kickstart an exciting career within a fast-paced aviation environment?
We are currently recruiting a dynamic team of X-Ray Screeners to join a world-class, premium inflight catering and hospitality operation based in Hounslow.
This is a massive, high-volume production facility where hundreds of flights are catered for daily.
You will be right at the heart of the action, playing a critical role in the logistics chain by ensuring every single catering item, supply cart, and goods delivery is fully screened and cleared before it goes anywhere near an aircraft.
This is an internal operational role focused purely on quality control and compliance screening.
It is not standard security work, meaning no SIA license is required, and there is no public-facing security duty involved.
Key Responsibilities in this Fast-Paced Environment
- Operating state-of-the-art X-ray screening machinery to process high volumes of airline catering goods, food carts, and equipment.
- Conducting thorough physical inspections and manual searches of stock and supplies to guarantee compliance with strict aviation standards.
- Working at pace alongside large production and warehouse teams to meet tight flight departure deadlines.
- Maintaining an eagle-eye focus on detail while processing a constant stream of deliveries.
- Keeping accurate digital and paperwork logs of all screened goods to maintain compliance.
What We Need From You
- Total Flexibility on
Shifts: This is a round‑the‑clock, 24/7 operation.
You must be fully flexible and available to work a variety of shift patterns, including early mornings, late evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.
- 5‑Year
- Checkable
History: Due to strict airport regulations, it is essential that you can provide a solid, unbroken 5‑year history of employment, education, or gaps so we can complete the mandatory vetting process.
- Sharp Eye for
Detail: Experience operating X-ray screening machinery or working in airport cargo environments is a huge bonus, but a focused mind and a strong work ethic are what will make you stand out.
- Team Player Attitude: You need to thrive under pressure, enjoy working in a buzzing team environment, and be able to keep up with rapid turnarounds.
What's in it for You?
- The chance to work with a globally recognized leader in premium airline hospitality.
- Full‑time hours with a steady, permanent contract and excellent career progression opportunities.
- Work inside a pristine, modern, and energetic facility with a great team culture.
