We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Air Cargo Operative to join our team in Feltham. This is a dual-role position that is 50% Counterbalance Forklift operation and 50% manual cargo handling. Because this role involves handling air freight, all candidates must undergo a strict vetting process.
Key Responsibilities- Counterbalance Operations: Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and rack pallets within the warehouse.
- Cargo Breaking: Manually break down large airline pallets (ULDs). This involves lifting, sorting, and scanning individual boxes.
- Pallet Building: Re-build pallets for dispatch, ensuring they are wrapped, labeled, and secured correctly.
- Freight Checking: Match physical goods against paperwork and check for any damage.
- Safety & Security: Maintain a clean work environment and follow all aviation security protocols.
- 5-Year Activity History: A full, checkable history for the last 5 years (including employment, education, or gaps).
