We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our production facility in the SK8 area. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the kitchen team to prepare, cook, and pack large volumes of premium airline meals.
- Maintain complete authenticity, flavour profile, and presentation standards for all Indian and Pakistani dishes.
- Oversee strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls in line with aviation industry regulations (HACCP).
- Manage portion control, stock rotation, and waste management to ensure cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Work closely with management to meet tight turnaround times and flight departure schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up, ideally within high-volume production, banqueting, or inflight catering.
