Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.
What will you be doing?
As our P6 Planner you will be a key member of the integrated project commercial team. You will be working in an integrated project delivery team to collaboratively develop and maintain accurate and robust project plans. You will be working closely with all other members of the team including Construction and Engineering. You will take ownership of the project plan, drive the project team to deliver to the plan and challenge any delay and deviation. Join our dynamic Commercial Team and play a pivotal role in delivering excellence for Anglian Water projects. We’re seeking a proactive Project Planner to develop and maintain robust, detailed plans that capture full project scope and drive successful outcomes. You will collaborate with Delivery Teams to ensure consistency, monitor critical paths, and identify risks and opportunities. Your expertise will keep plans resource-loaded, up-to-date, and aligned with contract standards. By challenging delays, exploring mitigations, and communicating priorities, you will help projects stay on track and within budget. Regular site visits, supplier plan reviews, and clear communication of key milestones will be central to your role. You will also produce accurate reports and uphold planning integrity across the contract. What you will bring
- You will have at least five years’ experience of working on large scale or significant value projects within an engineering sector, preferably in the Water Industry.
- P6 Experience is essential.
- Full clean Driving Licence.
