Where will you be working? We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing? As our Project Manager, you’ll play a key part in our Mini Bulk Project for Thames Water. This project is covering across both London & Thames Valley areas working on clean water supplies. The project is long-term and will be active throughout AMP8. You’ll be required to work in close partnership with the Programme Manager and a dedicated team of supervisors to ensure the successful delivery of key programme targets for Thames Water. You’ll also play an active part in coordinating with planners, surveyors, and a range of subcontractors, fostering strong communication and collaboration across all parties. Together, you will help drive the programme forward, resolve challenges, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout each phase of delivery.

  • Lead and deliver scheduled targets and ensuring they meet budget.
  • Manage and work with our existing subcontractors.
  • Develop project timelines, identifying risks, dependencies, and resources.
  • Ensure quality management processes are followed across all activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder engagement.
