Job Role:
- Understanding client requirements and preparing design proposals.
- Preparing presentation material / PowerPoint.
- Preparing sketches / SketchUp / concept designs.
- Preparing design development and liaising with 3D illustrators.
- Preparing construction drawings / tender drawings / as-built drawings.
- Meeting suppliers and contractors for material and construction matters.
- Documentation of project drawings / as-built / O&M.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Art/Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
- With a minimum of 4 years experience in commercial design.
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.
- Self-motivated, a good team player, independent.
- Good concept design / colour and material selection.
- Able to be independent to complete a project with good technical drawing knowledge.
