An excellent opportunity for a Monitoring Surveyor to join an established surveying and monitoring team, working on a variety of monitoring projects across the civil engineering and rail sectors. This is a full-time, site-based role suited to someone with hands-on monitoring experience who is looking to develop further within a supportive team environment.
The Role: As a Monitoring Surveyor, you will install, maintain and decommission monitoring schemes on site, while also processing the resulting data to a high standard. The role offers a good mix of independent site work and office-based processing, with support from senior team members on larger projects.
Duties:
- Deliver monitoring projects independently, working across a range of project types
- Set up monitoring instrumentation, record site data and support overall project delivery
- Process monitoring results accurately and in line with client requirements
- Maintain equipment and company vehicle to a good standard
- Follow health and safety procedures, including site inspections and risk assessments
- Continue to build skills across monitoring, measured building surveying and laser scanning
