Senior Site Engineer

Salary £50K – £60K
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join a prominent consultancy team at Hinkley Point C. In this role, you will oversee high-precision setting-out and control network management while processing data on a complex construction project.
Key Responsibilities
Performing setting-out of structures and works to strict tolerances
Establishing and managing site control networks
Processing and analysing survey data accurately
Producing detailed survey outputs and reports
Collaborating with site teams to facilitate construction progress
Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
Maintaining accurate records of all survey activities
Assisting in training junior staff and sharing expertise
Requirements
Proficient in Starnet software
Strong background in setting-out, particularly on major civil engineering projects
Experience in managing and expanding control networks
Familiarity with survey software and data processing techniques
Ability to obtain security clearance and provide three years of continuous referencing
