Land Surveyor Location: Oxford | Salary: £26,000 £38,000 per annumThe Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Land Surveyor to join an expanding land surveying and BIM department. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience working on significant UK development projects while utilising advanced laser scanning technology.Key Responsibilities Conduct laser scan measured surveys across various UK locations.Work collaboratively with senior surveyors to develop surveying skills.Participate in traditional survey techniques, including GPS control and traversing.Utilise Leica P40 and RTC scanners for survey data collection.Support the CAD and BIM teams with processed data.Travel to project sites using company vehicles.Requirements Relevant degree in Land Surveying or Geomatics.Familiarity with Leica Cyclone software is an advantage.Knowledge of traditional surveying methods is beneficial.Willingness to travel as required for site surveys.Proximity to Eynsham, Oxford for office presence and equipment management.What's on Offer Competitive salary with annual reviews.Discretionary bonus scheme based on performance.Pension scheme at 4% (non-contributory) after probation.22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with increases after two years.Engagement in social events and team-building activities.About Us MGR Recruitment is an established leader in recruitment services for the Land, Utility, and Site Engineering sectors.
