Regional Asbestos Manager

Location: Essex / Greater London
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience (plus performance bonus)

Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor or Surveyor/Analyst ready to take the next step into management? A fantastic opportunity has opened with a respected and growing environmental consultancy looking to establish its presence across Essex, London, and the South East.

This is more than just a job – its a genuine career move. Youll not only manage existing clients across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors, but also be the 1st in to help shape and grow a new regional office. With a supportive leadership team and over 80 staff nationally, youll have the autonomy to build a team around you with guidance and collaboration from other Regional Managers and Directors.

The Role:

Lead and deliver asbestos surveys and air monitoring (if qualified) to UKAS standards

Represent the company with clients, winning and managing business relationships

Drive regional development with input on team growth and strategy

Mentor junior surveyors and uphold high standards in technical delivery

Ensure compliance with audits, health and safety, and internal QA

What Were Looking For:

BOHS P402 (P403/P404 desirable)

A proven track record in asbestos surveying and/or analysis

Experience working within a UKAS-accredited environment

Ambition to lead, build a team, and take on a more strategic role

Full UK driving licence

£40,000 – £50,000 salary, dependent on experience
