An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Land Surveyor to relocate to Bermuda and join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property and professional services organisation. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of projects, delivering high-quality surveying services across a varied property landscape while enjoying an excellent work-life balance in a unique island setting.
The Role
- Manage projects from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout.
- Deliver boundary surveys and prepare compliant legal plans.
- Conduct topographical surveys and produce detailed CAD outputs.
- Prepare lease plans and site condition reports.
- Carry out setting out duties and support development projects.
- Manage your own workload, projects, and client relationships.
- Process survey data and produce high-quality reports.
- Ensure all work meets relevant standards and regulations.
Requirements
- A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Surveying.
- 3+ years’ experience in professional land surveying.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and survey processing software.
- Experience using total stations, GNSS, and ideally laser scanning technology.
- A strong understanding of surveying principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Eligibility to gain local professional registration.
- A full driving licence (or ability to obtain one shortly after relocation).
