An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Land Surveyor to relocate to Bermuda and join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property and professional services organisation. The Role

  • Manage projects from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout.
  • Deliver boundary surveys and prepare compliant legal plans.
  • Conduct topographical surveys and produce detailed CAD outputs.
  • Prepare lease plans and site condition reports.
  • Carry out setting out duties and support development projects.
  • Manage your own workload, projects, and client relationships.
  • Process survey data and produce high-quality reports.
  • Ensure all work meets relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Surveying.
  • 3+ years’ experience in professional land surveying.
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and survey processing software.
  • Experience using total stations, GNSS, and ideally laser scanning technology.
  • A strong understanding of surveying principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Eligibility to gain local professional registration.
  • A full driving licence (or ability to obtain one shortly after relocation).
