Our client, a forward-thinking surveying firm based near Faversham in Kent, is looking to add a dedicated Land Surveyor to their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of two years\' experience who is ready to take the next step in their surveying career.
Responsibilities
- Conducting topographical, measured building, and engineering surveys
- Utilising 3D Laser Scanning, UAV/Drone equipment and RTK GNSS systems
- Producing 2D and 3D CAD drawings
- Supporting GIS data collection and Revit modelling
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality survey outputs
Requirements
- Has at least 2 years\' experience in land and measured building surveys
- Ideally has experience with Leica instruments and N4CE processing software (training available if needed)
- Is familiar with AutoCAD (desirable)
- Holds a full UK manual driving licence
- Has a flexible attitude to work, including nights, weekends and occasional stayaways
- CSCS certification is preferred but not essential
