Salary £50K – £60K
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join a prominent consultancy team at Hinkley Point C. In this role, you will oversee high-precision setting-out and control network management while processing data on a complex construction project.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing setting-out of structures and works to strict tolerances
- Establishing and managing site control networks
- Processing and analysing survey data accurately
- Producing detailed survey outputs and reports
- Collaborating with site teams to facilitate construction progress
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
- Maintaining accurate records of all survey activities
- Assisting in training junior staff and sharing expertise
Requirements
- Proficient in Starnet software
- Strong background in setting-out, particularly on major civil engineering projects
- Experience in managing and expanding control networks
- Familiarity with survey software and data processing techniques
- Ability to obtain security clearance and provide three years of continuous referencing
