The Role:

  • Carrying out air monitoring and 4-stage clearances in line with HSG248
  • Conducting a wide range of asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, demolition) to HSG264 standards (optional)
  • Working on a mix of commercial, industrial, and residential sites, mainly across London and the South East
  • Occasional overnight stays required

  • BOHS P403 and P404 qualified (or RSPH equivalent)
  • Based within a 1.5-hour drive of the M25
  • Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and industry best practices
