The Role:
- Carrying out air monitoring and 4-stage clearances in line with HSG248
- Conducting a wide range of asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, demolition) to HSG264 standards (optional)
- Working on a mix of commercial, industrial, and residential sites, mainly across London and the South East
- Occasional overnight stays required

- BOHS P403 and P404 qualified (or RSPH equivalent)
- Based within a 1.5-hour drive of the M25
- Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and industry best practices
