M&G (Prudential) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape and deliver change across our Stirling (with flexibility for Edinburgh/London) teams. You will lead analysis for projects, coach other BAs, set quality standards, and partner with sponsors and strategic partners to translate strategy into robust, governable solution designs.
You will deeply analyse problems, uncover optimisation opportunities, and drive solutions by turning data and user insights into clear requirements, user flows.
