M&G is seeking a Head of Resourcing to shape and deliver a forward-looking strategy for experienced hiring and early careers across Asset Management and Life segments.

You will lead a ~25-strong team and partner with senior stakeholders to meet long-term workforce needs.

You will drive sourcing innovations, optimise supplier relationships, and champion inclusive recruitment, ensuring a strategic and compliant resourcing function across the group.
