About the Opportunity
Join the Adviser Marketing team as a Marketing Executive. You will play a key role in taking our products and propositions to market, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure compliant support material and effective communication of key benefits to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Development, delivery and maintenance of marketing collateral to the required quality level and in agreed timelines.
- Work closely with the Adviser Marketing team to ensure channel activity is managed, optimised and measured with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to support the delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop and deliver quick‑win activity when opportunities arise to support business targets.
- Create promotional and support material for initiatives such as social media, web presence and data traffic verification/amendments.
- Deliver reporting against KPIs and budget to monitor effectiveness.
- Ensure all go‑to‑market activities comply with regulatory requirements, including marketing compliance.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Prior marketing experience in financial services is preferred but not essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills, keeping colleagues updated.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, challenge the status‑quo and effect change.
- Attention to detail (e.g., proofreading).
- Knowledge of investment and pension products helpful.
