We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our in‑house Marketing team on a full‑time basis. This role is critical to delivering high‑quality, commercially focused visual content across digital, print, and large‑format environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing impactful visuals for exterior LED screens, in‑store displays, website campaigns, and printed marketing materials. This is a hands‑on production role requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Screen Content
- Design static and motion visuals for exterior LED screens
- Produce content for in‑store LCD and freestanding displays
- Edit and repurpose campaign footage into short promotional clips
- Ensure correct sizing, aspect ratios, and export formats for screen deployment
- Website & Digital Marketing
- Design homepage banners and category visuals
- Create campaign artwork and promotional landing assets
- Optimise visuals for web performance and clarity
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Print & Large Format Production
- Design brochures (A5/A4), flyers, posters, and POS materials
- Create print‑ready artwork with correct bleed, margins, and colour profiles
- Design signage and large‑format marketing materials
- Prepare files according to professional print standards
- Brand & Campaign Development
- Support seasonal and promotional campaigns
- Develop reusable visual systems and templates
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all channels
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years professional graphic design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and commercial design principles
- Experience preparing professional print‑ready artwork
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe After Effects (motion/screen content)
- Experience in retail, trade, or builders merchant environments
- Familiarity with Canva for template‑based production (non‑core tool)
