Responsibilities:

  • Build customer relationships: Maintain trust and satisfaction with distributors and end customers. Support distributor activities and promote loyalty to KPS. Present and promote KPS products during events, trainings, and visits. Conduct point-of-sale events and customer visits independently or with distributors. Follow up and maintain long-term relationships with both distributors and end users.
  • Business Growth: Identify and contact potential customers, qualify leads, and promote campaigns and new products. Maintain brand image at sales points. Frequent travel within the UK and internationally.
  • Technical Advice: Resolve issues at sales points or with customers. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to distributors and end customers. Ensure positive customer experiences with KPS products.
  • Training and Development: Train sales staff on KPS products. Conduct training sessions with professional associations and colleges to showcase KPS range.
  • Daily Follow-up: Prepare activity reports, manage objectives, communicate effectively, and resolve issues efficiently. Work independently, identify opportunities, and build strong relationships. Manage time effectively for meetings and visits.

Required Training:

  • Technical training in electricity or electronics.
  • Additional training related to electrical and electronic products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the electrical and electronic equipment sector.
