The Opportunity

This programme has been designed to develop future sales talent through a combination of practical experience, technical training, mentoring, and customer-facing responsibility. You'll spend time learning different areas of the business, including sales, operations, engineering, and depot functions, developing a strong understanding of MGF's products, services, and customers. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll learn how to:
