The Opportunity

This programme has been designed to give graduates exposure to both the commercial and technical aspects of the business. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll develop an understanding of:

  • Building and managing customer relationships
  • Business development and new customer acquisition
  • Account and project management
  • Technical sales and solution-based selling
  • Construction projects and temporary works solutions
  • CRM systems and sales planning
  • Commercial decision-making and customer account growth

You'll spend time learning different areas of the business, including sales, operations, engineering, and depot functions, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how MGF supports customers across the construction sector.
