Missions confiées :
- Accompagner et prendre soin des personnes accueillies au travers des actes de la vie quotidienne et dans le parcours de vie : hygiène, sécurité et confort.
- Prendre en compte la personne accueillie dans les activités, les loisirs, la vie collective.
- Accompagner les liens familiaux.
- Participer à l’élaboration, l’évaluation et la mise en œuvre des projets personnalisés d’accompagnement dans la dynamique collective d’un groupe de vie.
- Participer à la vie institutionnelle et à la vie du service (projets-réunions, événements festifs ...), intégrer les différentes formations.
- S’intégrer à l’équipe, veiller à la cohérence des actions, assurer les transmissions et faciliter les démarches transdisciplinaires.
Profil recherché :
- CDD Temps plein et partiel
- Diplôme ME (EXIGE)
- Connaissance du public polyhandicapé appréciée
- Capacités relationnelles, d'observations, d'adaptations et dynamisme
- Capacité et intérêt à travailler en équipe éducative et en pluridisciplinarité
- Bonnes connaissances de l'informatique (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet...)
