Missions confiées :
- Participer à l’évaluation des attentes, des besoins et des capacités des résidents accueillis au sein de la MAS.
- Concevoir des programmes d’activités individuelles et collectives en lien avec le projet d’établissement et de service.
- Proposer et animer un panel d’activités physiques, sportives et/ou artistiques adaptées au public accueilli.
- Participer à l’élaboration du projet du pôle activité et garantir la mise en œuvre des actions.
- Réaliser des bilans de ses interventions et les présenter aux différentes parties prenantes.
- Organiser des sorties afin de promouvoir la vie sociale.
- Se coordonner avec les autres professionnels et participer aux réunions d’équipes.
- Participer à la cohésion d’équipe et au travail en pluridisciplinarité.
Profil recherché :
- Licence activité physique adaptée et santé souhaitée.
- Connaissance du public polyhandicapé appréciée.
- Capacités relationnelles, d'observations, d'adaptations et dynamisme.
- Capacité et intérêt à travailler en équipe éducative et en pluridisciplinarité.
- Bonnes connaissances de l'informatique (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
- Permis B.
