Les établissements médico-sociaux du Royans sont facilement accessibles (15 mn du péage d’autoroute, 20 mn gare TGV, à 40 minutes de Grenoble et de Valence), situés au cœur d’un environnement verdoyant, au pied du Vercors.

Missions confiées :

  • Le kinésithérapeute exerce son activité sur prescription médicale auprès d’adultes porteurs de handicap accueillis au sein de la MAS et du FAM des EMSR.
  • Il réalise des soins de rééducation et de réadaptation pour maintenir les acquis et les capacités fonctionnelles des adultes accueillis.
  • Il effectue des examens cliniques, un recueil des données et des bilans kinésithérapiques.
  • Il assure une surveillance respiratoire et traite les encombrements pulmonaires avec des techniques spécifiques de kinésithérapie respiratoire.
  • Il établit des objectifs du programme de traitement et de soins de rééducation et de réadaptation.
  • Il participe à l’information et l’éducation de la personne et de son entourage.
  • Il complète le dossier du résident et assure la transmission des informations.
  • Il participe à l’élaboration, la mise en œuvre et l’évaluation du projet personnalisé du résident.
  • Il participe à l’accueil et l’encadrement pédagogique des étudiants et des stagiaires.
  • Il favorise la cohésion d’équipe par une participation active aux différentes réunions.

Profil recherché :

  • Être titulaire du diplôme d'Etat de masseur-kinésithérapeute.
  • Expérience du public lourdement déficient appréciée.
  • Connaissance de l’informatique (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, logiciels spécifiques).
  • Autonomie, capacité à fédérer, capacité d'adaptation, force de proposition, prise de recul, réactivité, rigueur, sens de l'organisation, de la communication et travail en équipe.
