The Role: We’re looking for a Creative Lead who lives and breathes brand identity and design. Working closely with the founder you’ll be the eyes and ears of our brand - driving storytelling, maintaining a cohesive brand image, and turning ideas into memorable, high-impact creative. From campaign ideation and shoots to website design and graphic production, you will shape how the customer sees us. The ideal candidate will be a multidisciplinary designer who is on the pulse of contemporary culture, with a strong understanding of our industry and a sharp eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives.
- Lead and manage the visual direction of the brand across multiple channels and touch points: digital, print, packaging and physical spaces.
- Design marketing assets including: weekly emails, customer email flows, brand decks, catalogues, print, ads (Meta, Google, Pinterest).
- Own the website design experience: visual layouts, content updates, UX, website maintenance.
- Lead creative and planning for photo and video shoots. Storyboard, set/prop sourcing and ordering, sourcing locations, on set creative direction.
- Source and direct photographers, stylists, designers, and other creative collaborators.
- Create printed & digital promotional materials and event invitations.
- Responsible for marketing calendar, planning product rollouts throughout the year and other calendar moments.
- Manage our Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager plus external website coder as direct reports.
- Work closely with external PR and media planning agencies.
The successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years in a design, branding, or creative direction role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work in brand identity, digital design, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
- Experience directing photoshoots and video content.
- Great eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
- Collaborative and communicative - able to turn feedback into refined creative work.
- Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised, pro-active and self-starting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
