Role: Product Technologist Contract type: Full time, Permanent Start Date: January 2027 Studio, London W10 MG&Co. is a design-led retailer celebrating its 10th year in business. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Product Technologist to join our Product team. means gaining an opportunity to grow professionally and take on meaningful challenges as part of a high-energy team dedicated to delivering beautiful, functional, and responsibly made products. As Product Technologist for MG&Co. you'll play an important role in supporting the development and ongoing management of our product range. You'll work with suppliers, internal teams and external testing partners to help maintain product quality, ensure compliance with international regulations and support our sustainability objectives. Product Quality • Manage quality assurance throughout the product development process. • Review and assess product samples against specifications and quality standards. • Record and monitor product issues, helping identify root causes and corrective actions. • Lead factory quality improvement initiatives. • Investigate customer quality concerns and product returns. Coordinate product testing with accredited laboratories. • Support projects to improve product sustainability, materials and packaging. • Monitor environmental data and support reporting requirements. • Build positive relationships with manufacturing partners across Europe and the Far East. • Help ensure products move smoothly from concept through to launch. • Support continuous improvement projects across the product function.
