Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a key supporting role that would suit a customer-focused individual with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and strong Excel skills. You will play a vital role in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate data, and facilitating communication between our sales team, customers, and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales team and act as a key contact for retail accounts and their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate data across EPOS, price trackers, customer records, and portals, and produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision making.
  • Support sales planning, forecasting, and stock management, working closely with Customers, Demand Planning, and Supply teams.
  • Coordinate product launches and new line setups, ensuring all assets, pricing, and information are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, inventory levels, and competitor activity, identifying risks and opportunities and providing recommendations.
  • Support customer meetings and previews, including preparation of materials (VLLs, sell sheets, pricing), EPOS and invoiced sales analysis.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks, including sample management, meeting minutes, and maintaining preview calendars.
  • Attend team meetings, product reviews, and sales training as required.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance, demand & supply) to ensure smooth execution, strong customer relationships, and successful promotions and campaigns.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a sales support, account executive, or customer service role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data (EPOS) and generate actionable insights.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing data, reports, and customer information.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills, both internally and with customers.
  • Good commercial awareness, with an understanding of market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
