The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

Responsibilities
- Data Governance Support - Assist in defining and implementing data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Work across multiple data owners and stewards to implement the operating model.
- Support the creation and maintenance of data dictionaries, glossaries, and metadata repositories.
- Work with technology teams to configure and deploy data quality and lineage tools and evaluate and validate tool functionality against business requirements.
- Support user onboarding, training, and adoption of governance tools across ownership, stewardship and users.
- Support stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide analysis and reporting on adoption and effectiveness of the implementation of the operating model.
- Produce reports and dashboards to track data governance KPIs and ongoing reporting and oversight of effectiveness.
- Monitor compliance with data governance standards and escalate issues where necessary.
- Utilise data analysis skills to support the delivery of strategic projects of business requirements.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of investment datasets (funds, positions, transactions, instrument) and knowledge of the investment process.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to identify problems and have the drive and capability to follow them through to resolution.
- Practical knowledge of data governance tools, principles and frameworks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and orally, to enable effective delivery within a project team.
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently across priorities and to project deadlines.
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload aligned to the programme and stakeholder deadlines.
