Requirements

  • A proven track record of successfully leading on, and delivering fund launches and product change.
  • Project management experience within investment management with an understanding of different approaches.
  • Experience with OEICs, ETFs, SICAVs, and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal, with excellent active listening skills.
  • Strong influence and negotiating skills with an ability to manage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work to tight deadlines, taking into account evolving business priorities.
  • Strong analytic and proven problem‑solving skills with an ability to negotiate pragmatic solutions to meet conflicting business requirements.

  • We’re seeking a project manager with experience in launching investment funds and managing product change within Public Assets. The role focuses on delivering OEIC, SICAV and ETF fund launches, and product‑related initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering fund launches and product changes in Public Assets, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Product Delivery is a team of c.50, specialising in the delivery of fund launches and product change. Sitting within the Product team in M&G Asset Management, it works closely with Investment, Distribution and Product Governance, and relies heavily on specific functions such as Operations, Legal, Tax and Compliance to ensure safe, efficient delivery of product initiatives.
  • Lead and deliver fund launches and product change across Public Assets.
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Drive multiple concurrent initiatives, often to accelerated timelines.
  • Partner across Investment, Product, Distribution and Operations to deliver client‑led outcomes.
  • Navigate regulatory and operational requirements to ensure compliant delivery.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges early, and drive pragmatic resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influencing at all levels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery processes.
