Youll work with suppliers, internal teams and external testing partners to help maintain product quality, ensure compliance with international regulations and support our sustainability objectives. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p p br /p p strong Product Quality /strong /p p br /p p

• Manage quality assurance throughout the product development process. /p p
• Review and assess product samples against specifications and quality standards. /p p
• Record and monitor product issues, helping identify root causes and corrective actions. /p p
• Lead factory quality improvement initiatives. /p p
• Maintain accurate product specifications and technical documentation. /p p
• Investigate customer quality concerns and product returns. /p p br /p p strong Product Compliance /strong /p p br /p p
• Coordinate product testing with accredited laboratories. /p p
• Maintain compliance documentation and technical files. /p p
• Ensure products meet relevant UK, EU and US legislation where applicable. /p p
• Work with suppliers to obtain declarations, certificates and supporting documentation. /p p
• Monitor changes in product regulations and communicate any impacts to the wider business. /p p br /p p strong Sustainability /strong /p p br /p p
• Assist with gathering supplier and product sustainability information and certifications. /p p
• Support projects to improve product sustainability, materials and packaging. /p p
• Monitor environmental data and support reporting requirements. /p p
• Work with suppliers to improve transparency and responsible sourcing. /p p
• Contribute to initiatives that support MG Co. s B Corp commitments. /p p br /p p strong Supplier Cross-Functional Support /strong /p p br /p p
• Build positive relationships with manufacturing partners across Europe and the Far East. /p p
• Work closely with Product, Operations and Customer Service teams. /p p
• Help ensure products move smoothly from concept through to launch. /p p
• Support continuous improvement projects across the product function. /p p br /p p strong About You /strong /p p br /p p
• A degree or qualification in Product Design, Product Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, Sustainability or a related subject /p p
• 4+ years relevant experience with hard goods and/or lighting /p p
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail /p p
• Methodical, and confident working with data and documentation /p p
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage upwards and downwards /p p
